Intermittent AppGrid connectivity problems

    Between 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM PST (01:00 AM - 2:30 AM CET) intermittent connectivity problems with Accedo AppGrid's API were observed. The root cause was identified as a problem with the DNS service at AWS (Amazon Web Services).

    The Admin UI (for the Demo system) was down for a period of time this morning (UTC). We know what caused it and will deploy a fix to prevent this particular issue from occurring again. The API was never affected.
