Between 02:00 and 11:00 on January 18th (CET), applications using AppGrid APIs may have experienced a degraded service when contacting AppGrid servers, consequence of the maintenance of an external service we rely on. API requests could take up to one second to return during the incident, but all requests were honoured.
Actions were taken to bring the system back to its fully-functional state, while an additional automated recovery process will be added into AppGrid in the upcoming release to prevent similar problems from occurring again.
