Between 11:54 PM January 25th and 03:50 AM January 26th (CET), applications using AppGrid APIs may have experienced elevated response times. The root cause has been identified as a significantly increased load on the API for an extended period. Several infrastructure upgrades have been and will be performed within the coming days to minimise the impact of heavy load bursts on the system.
