On October 17th, between 21:46 and 21:51 (UTC), some requests targeting the Accedo One API could not be processed or experienced longer response times than usual. Calls hitting the Publish endpoints (CMS) were mostly affected, as one of the instances running the service ran out of memory. The services running on it experienced higher response times that usual. Circuit breaking systems kicked in to quickly isolate the effect of the incident. **Preventive Actions** Enhanced memory management at the instance level is being worked on right now, as well as further improvements to service startup times, which will shorten the time period with elevated response times in such scenarios.

Today (October 17th), between 21:46 and 21:51 (UTC), the Accedo One API experienced higher response times and returned a higher number of errors than usual, mainly on Publish (CMS) endpoints. The service is now back to normal and the root cause is under investigation.
