Elevated response times at 2018-01-30 03:00 GMT to 03:30 GMT.
At 2018-01-30 03:00 GMT the OTT Flow web application received a heavy traffic increase from one customer within a very short timeframe. The web application were unable to respond to all incoming requests, causing a degraded performance and elevated response times & error rates between 03:00 and 03:29. Systems were back to normal at 03:30.
The Accedo engineering team have identified the root cause of the issue and have taken short term and actions as well as identified long term improvements to the system to handle similar cases in the future.
